I had no knowledge of Scott Rosser. Just liked his demeanor when we talked and went looking. I am, or was pretty much a novice of what all to do form initial offer to close.Scott helped with many issues hiring a home inspector, reference to local mortgage bank, and other needs to move in. I did the move without help, so was somewhat dependent on Mr. Rosser to help being I lived in Albuquerque 3 hours away from Alto, NM.

He did a very thorough & professional job making the purchase, and issues prior to moving, as smooth as possible.

Harvey Foster was helpful.

There were a few very minor misunderstandings. Primarily due to my ignorance of the process. And not taking the required eHome America's MFA/New Mexico required First-time Home-buyers 8 hour online course until a week before closing.

It's not an easy process, regarding the new federal requirements as of October 2015. But I wouldn't change a thing from my novice view of making sure a buyer is as aware as possible. And not as susceptible to the shenanigans of the 2008 sub-prime bailout.

Scott and I had a history from when I purchased the property and even when someone might be interested in buying in the area, Scott would ask if we were interested in selling for a profit. When I decided to sell, Scott was the only person I would trust. He knows the area and the market. We set a price that was fair and it sold in a very reasonable time frame.
