I am a native Eau Claire resident. My career began in 2004 when I became a Realtor. I started young, and have built a knowledge of the Chippewa Valley that has proved to be a great benefit to my clients! I work very hard and have an enthusiasm for Real Estate! I truly enjoy my work. I have extensive experience as a selling and buyer's agent for residential, waterfront, and large vacant land parcels. I work mostly in Eau Claire and Chippewa Valley, but have stretched into the Northwoods for waterfront sales, and also into the Buffalo/Trempeleau County area for hunting tracts. My amazing family is what motivates me to work as hard as I do. I have a beautiful wife (Amy) and two daughters (Reese and Piper) that always keep me on my toes!! I also have a male black lab (Ferguson) to help me from becoming completely overrun by girls! :)

He also provided us with his own personal insight on what he thought on items in the house and in the neighborhoods if he had knowledge of the area. As first time home buyers, this was very helpful. We worked with Scott Wolfe because of a previous endorsement from one of our friends that also used him in their house buying process. I would recommend Scott Wolfe to any buyer/seller looking for a great realtor in Eau Claire and surrounding areas/towns.

Buyer reviewScott knew exactly what I was looking for, and what I would actually settle for - my wife and I were at odds as far as land vs. home - I wanted more land/less house, she wanted more house/less land, and finding something that suited us both was a difficult task - Scott quickly notified me when this property came on the market, knowing it would not be available for long. He allowed me to make many decisions regarding making an offer on the house, giving suggestions (some subtle, some strong) and guiding us to make an offer that landed us a great home with a nice amount of land. This made me feel more of a part of the process, rather than just being along for the ride.
