I will tell anyone I know in the area that's thinking about putting their home on the market to give Seth a call, before deciding on a listing agent. I've sold homes before with varied agents and companies but Seth with Century 21 Bob Leigh & Associates has been by far the most conscious, thorough and motivated real estate agent that I have dealt with. He was always ready to answer question, on point keeping us updated through the entire process and always had our interest, as the seller, at the forefront of this adventure. I met Seth, through a recommendation from a friend and started by asking question about the market, getting his opinion on the overview of our home , etc., the usual stuff that transpires between a client and an agent. During the course of the listing and subquent sell of the property, I can honestly say that he started out as my real estate agent but through conversations about the property and shared interest, he's still my go to agent but now he is also within my circle of friends.
