Seller reviewToo bad there is no higher than "Excellent" listed in the survey. We were so grateful for Shawna's skill and knowledge, and maybe even more for her willingness to listen to us and try our ideas too. Even when she was more right than we were!! We look at Shawna as a friend, not just our agent. Our children, too, remember how carefully she always listened to them, with such amicable respect. And she exhibited super powers of recall, talking with them the next visit about each one's interests!!!

Buyer reviewShawna was technically the realtor for the seller, as I did not use one to help me find the property. However, I always felt like she was my realtor and represented me in addition to the sellers. She was concerned with my situation and well being, not just her direct client. She always responded immediately to any questions or concerns I had, reminded me of upcoming deadlines, and was very flexible and accommodating. It was a great experience, and I will certainly use her services again in the future!

Seller reviewIn a tough market with with 6% interest rates I was not hopeful that the house would be sold fast. she was able to sell my home within three weeks which was very impressive. She took personal accountability to tidy up and fix the basic issues in the house to make it sale ready. Since I moved out of Indiana, it was very important for me to have an agent who did not just advise me but act on it and make the sale happen and she took care of it. She did not over commit, allowed me to make my decisions. Pre sale planning, getting the Century photographer to get the photo shoot done to final sale and post close support has been excellent. I am overall thrilled that I chose her as my agent.
