Mrs. Ratliff has been an excellent and personable agent. She was very knowledgeable about the area and after we meet she listened to my desires and very quickly she located an exceptional community that had my desired pricing, house size and dimensions, etc. February 2017
Additionally, Mrs. Ratliff always went above and beyond by providing excellent customer service.
Mrs. Ratliff negotiated with the builder and obtained an appliance credit and money toward my closing cost. I was very impressed with this accomplishment. She was very hands-on and always available during the purchase.
Overall, Mrs. Ratliff provided me an exceptional home buying experience. In addition, I was very impressed with her vast knowledge of the real estate industry. Mrs. Ratliff is an excellent communicator which is very important to me when doing any business transaction. Mrs. Ratliff's ability to listen to my desires/needs was a key component in me selecting and purchasing my property.
