1995 was a career transition once acquiring a State of Michigan Real Estate license after 21 yrs. at a metro Detroit bank, who's mission morphed into strictly profit, sale pitches over quality personal service and ethics. Hence, a conflict with conscience and workplace…time for a career change! Century 21 was the 1 st choice then, and remains mine today. As a Buyer Agent, often my high-heel shoes or suit get unexpectedly pretty dirtied investigating personally every nook and cranny after showing homes. I've met a few spiders along the way, and stepped in a few things that do not smell like roses. I still love dogs! All in a day's work.
Wearing the Seller Agent hat, is digging up and studying every tidbit of home value, providing a thorough one-on-one sit down with the Seller at their kitchen table. Like all people, I am more than "how you bring home the bacon". I am blessed in marriage to my hubby, Michael. Besides being my life partner, Mike and I are Team O'Donnell with Century 21 AAA North. Mike has been a Realtor for 38 years, so you can guess who is the more experienced one of us two! I care for my precious widowed Mom with generous support from Mike. SS John & Paul Church in Washington, where I grew up, is our Sunday morning weekly where we praise and are nourished.
Mike has been in the business since the early 1980's, he has studied and grown his knowledge by becoming an Associate Broker and a Land Title Officer. He and his wife, Sheryl O'Donnell, are Team O'Donnell where they share their love of Real Estate with all their clients. They believe in bringing their years of knowledge of the process to each client by meeting in on-on-one setting to explain the factors that will lead to the best results of both selling and buying clients. He has always believed in providing through and honest advice and counsel for his clients. He will professionally guide the process while paying close attention to details for his people. As a proud Vietnam Combat Veteran, Mike understands the concept of working hard but also enjoying time away to enjoy time with family and friends taking in a Tigers game or enjoying college football.
