I indicated interest in a property via a third party website by emailing another listed agent. It ended up she was on leave, but Stan responded. We had a nice talk and I felt he understood my situation and what I was seeking in a home. Later he sent me a listing but wasn't at all pushy. So when it was time to get serious, I contacted him again. Best decision I could have made!August 2020
Stan was so incredibly helpful to and patient with me. Because I was an out of state buyer, I had to rely on him totally. He carefully steered me to suitable properties. He did extensive videos so it was almost as if I was there viewing them myself. He spent endless hours on the phone with me during the search process and never made me feel like an imposition. I went under contract on two houses before "the one" but Stan was not upset when those deals didn't go through. His primary concern was always that I got into the right home for me. The seller's agent for the home I purchased was not responsive and became more difficult as closing approached, but Stan was a persistent advocate for my interests. He consistently went far above and beyond expectations.
Having Stan as my agent was an absolute blessing. He quickly demonstrated in many ways that he was an honest and ethical person with high standards who would only act in my best interests. If not for my faith in Stan, there is no way I would have had the confidence necessary to go forward purchasing a property I could not see for myself.

Stan helped us buy our first home, he was patient and just as enthusiastic as us while looking at many homes on the market. He always had information about the area and house and would reach out to find answers if we had questions or concerns he couldn't answer. He is incredibly knowledgeable of the home buying process and has a lot of great connections to help you get what you need along the way. He worked with us through several bumps in the road and I don't think we would've found our perfect home without him. It was great to go through the process with someone honest, trustworthy and personable, he really made our first home buying experience one that will be hard to beat. If anyone were to ask me who to recommend as a realtor in the area my absolute go to would be Stan!

They worked well as a team. Our calls and texts were answered promptly. Great personalities, funny, felt like family. Stanford kept us informed every step of the way until closing even though we had left Tennessee before closing.
