He took hours a day to make sure we were happy, well represented and informed. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with a broker and am thankful for the recommendation to use him. He never lost his patience, never wavered in his commitment to us and he fought HARD to close our deal in the face of a difficult sellers' agent. Seller reviewWe felt Sterling was great!!!! He worked with us on all angles, he was very knowledgeable. We enjoyed the company, but the person that had the property first before Sterling wasn't helpful, hard to reach, like she wasn't interested in helping us. We put the house on the market and had our first buyer in 2 days, they backed out and 2 days later we had the buyer that bought our home, it went very fast. He did an excellent job.
