Steve has an approach that puts a buyer at ease and makes the entire process flow. I appreciated how he was not a high pressure salesman and always respected my decisions while still offering ideas that would benefit the sale of our home. I had another aggressive realtor that worked for a competing agency and tried to "strong arm" me into signing with their agency. He did not listen to my thoughts and insisted that I needed to do things his way because he was the expert.
