Seller reviewSue was both the seller and buyer's broker which is unusual. Through her hard work and dedication, she was able to handle problems that arised. Communication was good and she understood my needs. House sold fairly quickly with the market turning. She has the best photographer, the pictures were outstanding, which I believe helped bring people in. Only recommendation would be is to use an escrow company on the mountain that would have assisted her more with mountain utilities.
