Susan was highly recommended to me from my daughter who had used her several times in the past.

Susan was always available to talk and answer any questions and super helpful with anything I asked.

Susan went above and beyond to help sell the house and would definitely use her again.

I research Susan on the internet after seeing one of her listing online. Read some of her reviews and looked at her website then called and talked with her. After a lengthy discussion we decided to use her and we are very glad we did. Susan is wonderful and went above and beyond to help us. Which is appreciated as we are from out of state and Susan made the process so easy for us and was available anytime we needed her.

Susan is just the best there was nothing she was not will to do for us, or get for us, or find out for us, she is on top of her game!

We feel Susan really listened to us and we could be completely honest about everything when we talked to her. She considered and remembered everything we said to her and took that in to consideration when helping us find our forever home.

Susan held our hand every step of the way and we feel she was always watching out for our best interest.

Susan is a wonderful agent! She puts in so much time and energy in making sure her client is completely satisfied. I think she goes beyond what is expected of her. Not because she has to, but because she gets great joy in making sure her client is very happy.

Susan went beyond what I expected in advertising for my condo. She use multiple social media avenues, had 2 customized for sale signs made specifically for my address and she had a color flyer printed with helpful information about my home and HOA.

Anytime I called Susan she would either answer her phone or would get back to me right away. She always answered my questions and helped me with any concerns I had.

It was a wonderful sales experience working with Susan. She held my hand through it all, so I always felt at peace even through some of the challenges that come with selling a home.

This is the 3rd time she has been my agent and if I need one again, I will definitely use her and Century 21 Legacy.

Susan was fantastic! She really listened to what we wanted and never seemed to get annoyed when it took us almost 3 months to choose a home. She was very knowledgeable and pointed out things that could be concerning. She was very thoughtful and really encouraged us to find the one. She was always there when we had a question and made sure to keep us updated throughout the length of our process.

It was a very stressful process, but Susan was there every step of the way and helped us to remain calm. She fought for answers and sent us encouraging words when we were overwhelmed with the process.

I would definitely recommend Susan and would use her services again the future!

Susan Miller is bar none the 'cream of the crop!' She's incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and down to earth.

She was on top of everything through the entire process. We never worried about anything because we knew that she had it under control.

She was easily reached and answered any and all questions or concerns.

Susan has a great sense of humor and that helped a lot when it came to the critical and in depth parts of the process - she handled selling our home and buying our new home all at the same time.
