They want you to have a house that you love, even if it means backing out on a house you have a contract on and aiming for a new house! We were brand new to Arizona, so we set out to investigate some neighborhoods where we would be possibly moving to. We came across a home where the Garlands were hosting an open house, and appreciated their expert knowledge on what we were looking for. Even though we told them we will be looking to purchase a home within six months, they were able to provide us with a lot of useful information. So when our time came, we quickly looked them up and got in touch right away. We were able to look at homes as soon as they came into the market, and with such tough competition this time around, they both told us the reality of the current situation which we appreciated. It was important for us to stay within our budget, and since we have small children we still wanted to be in a good/safe neighborhood with good schools. They helped us with all of that, and we were able to purchase a home we are all happy with. We also appreciated their patience with us as we made our decisions, and all of their useful advice, which we took. They really made the entire process simple because of their contacts with inspectors and such so we didn't need to go out hunting for one. Other than looking at homes, we didn't need to leave the house to get any work done. Everything was done online or through phone calls/ text messages, which made it very easy for us. My family has been through a lot within the past year. We were blessed to have been introduced to both Mike and Susanne from the beginning. Ever since that first phone call and introduction with Mike we knew it was going to be a good friendship. We are young, first time home buyers, so we had a lot of questions. Mike and Susanne were very approachable and patient throughout the process and were eager to answer any questions to ensure we had all of the knowledge we needed to make an informed decision. They went over every small detail and even drew us diagrams to make sure we went into every situation well informed.

Everyone they brought in on the inspection process was knowledgeable and trustworthy, from the inspector to the plumber, and we could tell that Mike and Susanne had formed great relationships with each of these people, which was reassuring and made the processes go smoothly. Our purchase had a lot of bumps, especially when it came to items found during the inspection, but they went above and beyond to make sure everything that was a priority to us was fulfilled.

I have always said some of the best things that happen in life are because of the worst situations. Listing with Mike and Susanne Made that statement true once again. I reside in Pennsylvania with my wife and children. Due to my fathers very unexpected passing away at the age of 56 I was made the personal representative of his estate. This was a tough situation as a whole. Due to past experiences I had with realtors buying and selling my own homes, let's just say I had no desire to dealing with a realtor ever again. Even though I felt this way I realized I was not gonna be able to do this on my own living so far away. A local man who sold quite a few homes recommended Mike and Susanne. He told me they were the best he had ever dealt with and gave me there card. He told Mike to expect my call. Mike took the initiative and called me that same Friday night. We agreed to meet the next morning. I showed him the home and told him the situation. Even though Mike came off as nice and professional I was not gonna make it easy on him. I remember him saying hopefully by the end of this transaction we develop a trust for each other. I believe I shook my head and said that's probably not gonna happen. Well I'm happy to say I could not have been more wrong I find it very hard to meet genuine people that are fighting for your best interests these days but I found 2 people that are doing exactly that in dealing with Mike and Susanne. I cannot say enough about how Compassionate, caring, and professional they handled every step of the sale of my father's home! Mike and Susan were amazing. They helped with our small children so we could focus on details in the homes we viewed. They packed cold beverages and snacks for the kids to help them feel more comfortable as we spent long days viewing houses. They checked in frequently to make sure we were comfortable and understood everything that was going on. Their schedule was flexible and they always made time for us. They gave us solid advice on how to find reasonably priced appliances and had good recommendations for anything we needed. The only downfall was that our homebuying experience didn't last longer so we could spend more time with Mike and Susan. If we ever buy a home again we will definitely use them.
