I found the realtor, Susie Cardoso to be very professional and enjoyable to work with! I wouldn't want to work with any other realtor! She was fun to work with, attentive, knowledgeable, and upfront about every property we visited. Her concern was getting us a home that we would be satisfied with long term, and it always showed in her work! Her professionalism and work ethic can not be understated! She was extremely knowledgeable and found issues we may have overlooked, such as structural damage and safety concerns. She always kept our community preferences in mind when showing us a house! Susie knew what she was doing and Century 21 Alliance is lucky to have her!

Susie Cardoso is in my opinion in a league of her own she was there with me every step on my journey of buying a home and always available to answer any questions no matter how seemingly mundane and obvious. She has a tough and no nonsense approach if she felt like I was getting the short end of the stick and let the seller know my client was her first and only priority .it my first time buying a home so I was venturing into unfamiliar territory but I never felt like I was alone in this process even after closing I know she is just a phone call away. if and when I do this again I know who gets my business! She kept me in the loop the entire inspection process and pointed out numerous things for the seller to address and let them know these are important also she knew the perfect offer to make.also pointed out shotty craftsmanship and things I should address down the road to make the house more liveable High marks across the board she was/is GREAT!! ..there were times when I kinda fell of the radar but she was always very patient with me keep me in the loop like asking if my requirements have changed and if I wanted to see different listing's No complaints I wish there were more Susie Cardoso's in this world. people who take there job very seriously and do it with true precision and care.

She communicated with us regularly and was extremely professional. Her knowledge and care exceeded our expectations. We would rate Susie more than excellent in all areas! She went above and beyond every step of the way. Her genuine, kind heart shined in all that she did to make the search and purchase for a home possible. She checked in with us and kept us informed every step of the way, and made sure that everything was fully prepared for settlement. She was extremely approachable and found answers to all of our questions. She made the process as stress free for us as possible. Our overall experience with Susie was outstanding! She puts her heart into her work and you can see that she thoroughly enjoys what she does. She is patient, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough in all that she does, and truly cares about her clients. She spend so much time working with us and did not leave any stone unturned. We could not be happier with working with Susie, and will refer friends and family to her in a heartbeat. Susie is an extraordinary person and realtor. We absolutely loved working with her.
