She was very detail oriented in the showing of houses we were interested in and gave her perspective not only on the properties but the areas in which they were located. We met Suzanne while shopping for our new home in West Chester; as a result of the favorable interaction we retained Suzanne to sell our former home in Wayne, PA; Suzanne surpassed our expectations on both ends of our transactions. We received exceptional support from Suzanne throughout the process; she's extremely knowledgeable of the purchase process and was able to help with the seller (Toll Brothers) in attending to the smallest details; she competently helped with inspections and created a very positive rapport with TB sales office and staff, which translated into smooth sailing throughout. Suzanne was the "face" of C21, and while our dealings were exclusively with and through Suzanne, she's an excellent steward of C21 and Pierce & Bair. Suzanne is a great professional and it was very enjoyable working with her; she's thorough, patient, courteous and extremely competent. I thought Suzanne Bigler provided good advice on homes and was looking out for me and what was in my best interest. I really appreciated that she was very knowledgeable and paid attention to my needs and wants on things I wanted in a home. Suzanne was very proactive in researching things and following up with answers on questions and concerns I had on homes during the search. I also really appreciated her looking out for me during the home inspection process. I was extremely satisfied on the things I wanted fixed in the home to the point I felt totally comfortable with going through with the purchase. I had tried in the past to purchase a home a couple of times to the point I completely lost trust in the agents and lenders. I want to give many thanks to Suzanne Bigler for gaining my trust back and making my dream come true in becoming a homeowner again.
