She kept our interests at the forefront of her mission and protected them from an initially-forward builder sales representative . Tina is a great asset to any real estate office . Her friendly nature , kind heart , and knowledge made our house-hunting experience much less stressful than if we'd tried to do this ourselves . She went over and above our expectations when looking out for our needs . She truly puts the customer first .

Seller reviewI had originally called the realtor agency through whom I had bought the property. I did not get any response from them. As a school teacher in Seguin in the 1980's, I remember always seeing the D&D realtor signs in Guadalupe County. When I called Century 21` United-D&D, the receptionist, put me on the line with agent Tina Bryan. She was very enthusiastic about helping me sell my property. With the help of her broker Linda Dietz, Tina was able to get a deal way beyond my expectations. I am forever grateful to Tina as my Realtor. Tina's is very personable, a clear communicator, and always available to help. As a new Realtor, Tina was able to find out the answers for all the questions I had for her.
