Buyer reviewTina is professional and very hard working. We had to get into our house quickly. The home being a foreclosure, I knew it would be difficult. She went above & beyond and made things work! She kept us updated every step of the way. There were times I got frustrated with Freddie Mac and she assured me that everything would come together. I 100% would recommend her to friends and family.

We dragged her all over the countryside- up mountains, down two-track trails- and she never lost her wonderful attitude and sense of humor. Even when we were confronted with odiferous assaults upon our senses at one particular property, she stayed focused and on task (although we all agreed an outdoor inspection was preferred). One thing we loved about Tina is that she understood what we were looking for and did not push us to homes outside our financial/property requirements. When we finally had an offer accepted, her knowledge was invaluable in negotiating and closing the deal with a favorable outcome. We also appreciated how thorough, communicative and accessible she was during our search. From beginning to end, it was a rough ride in this market, and Tina not only outperformed but shone like a star! She is the only person we will use once our old house is ready to be put on the market.
