Between the seller, his agent and the HOA we had a very difficult time getting the closing done on this property. We had to move out of our apartment and because the first closing was postponed we wanted to see if we could pay rent to avoid moving our belongings twice, this request was initially denied by the seller. Tanya kept negotiating with him until he finally agreed to a lease back. This was a great help to us so we could get our belongings moved during the holiday break. Her tireless effort during this entire process was the main reason that we were able to close the deal.
