Trent helped me buy my house over seven years. He recently sold my house within days! Trent went over and beyond to make sure my house sold at listing price! He helped coordinate repairs and would even meet repairmen at my house to work around my busy schedule. If problems came up, Trent was quick to respond and to find a solution. Trent Butler is an agent who will treat you like family. He worked very hard to find the perfect house for us. He would not settle for anything that wasn't exactly what we were looking for. He could have sold us a couple of houses that were priced higher than the one we bought, but he pointed out to us things about those houses that would have been a financial disaster for us down the road. There are so many things he did to go above and beyond for us, even after closing on our home. He is an excellent agent.

We called Century 21 to look at a house that they had listed. We were lucky to get Trent in helping us look for the house we purchased. He was very knowledgeable in the area we were looking and provided us with all the little things we needed to be mindful of in purchasing a home. It had been over 20 years since we purchased our last house and it was being built. April 2017
Trent had to educate the other realtor in the pluses of our offer. It was his details in representing me that I got the house at a cheaper price than my offer.

When we knew we would be moving to another state there was no question we would call Trent for our house. He walked us through the process and was there for us through everything. Both my husband and I were not available for the closing and we had no problem trusting Trent with doing it for us.
