Seller reviewEasy to work with. Kind, understanding and was professional through the entire process. It was hard for me to leave my home of 22 years, but she understand what I was feeling and that made it easy for me to let go. I would recommend Twylia Gottfried to anyone, The process seemed so effortless and if I didn't understand, she would explain. It is important not to feel like your just a commission or sale, she treated me with compassion and that made a big difference. She really understood the connection and sentiments I had for my home. She was very patient and that really mattered to me. I never felt rushed and she always made herself available anytime. She was just wonderful to work with, I would refer Twylia Gottifried anytime and to anyone. She is just the best.

When our other realtor was unable to continue, she handled the listing, sale and our questions about selling the house very professionally. Several of our neighbors mentioned how nice the pictures of the interior of our house were in the listing. Everything went well. How often does that happen, even with all of the craziness associated with Covid-19.
