I had already dealt with Wade on a previous property and was impressed by his knowledge and great communication skills as well as his willingness to travel a great distance to handle this property.

Everything Wade did was excellent in his photos and descriptions. He actually went out to the property prior to taking additional photos and spent quite a bit of time clearing/trimming the brush from the driveway so people's vehicles would not get scratched while viewing the property. I did not expect this type of service, but rather would have expected him to tell me that I needed to go out and do that myself!

Wade is the best in his field. I only had the most excellent experiences with the two properties that I transacted with him.

As I mentioned on a previous survey, Wade would be the only agent I would consider for another ranch land purchase or sale as no one else even comes close on comparison!

Wade is the most amazing real estate agent I have ever worked with! He was always on top of everything, reminding us when things needed to be done, and constantly communicating with us and cc'ing us on correspondance regarding our transaction. He made excellent recommendations for the mortgage company and the closing company. Wade is highly experienced and knowledgeable in ranch real estate in this area of Texas and our confidence and trust in him was very high. We had difficult agents from the seller's side to deal with and he was patient but persistent in trying to communicate with these difficult-to-communicate-with people. He always made sure he was present for visits, inspections, closings, etc. Wade's work ethic is very hard to find in this day and age! We certainly won't purchase ranch property in Texas again without the help of Wade Dahl.

Wade was referred by the listing agent because he had special knowledge about this property. And he was very familiar with this ranch. He had gone through the inspections for this property with the anticipation of the sale of this property to another potential buyer before we were interested in buying this ranch.

He kept us informed constantly, we never had to ask if something had occurred. He was quick to call, email, or text when needed. We always felt like we were in good hands. We always knew where we were on the timeline! And that was important because ours was a complicated transaction with a 1031 exchange. We will recommend him to our friends. I believe that that is as good as it gets!
