Being new to Tennessee, we wanted to find a trustworthy and knowledgeable realtor to help us purchase our next home and Walter Bailey was that and more. He was in constant communication with us through all stages of the process and always available to look at homes even on short notice. Home buying is never stress free but we enjoyed the process and absolutely LOVE the home we purchased and we could not have navigated through this without Walter's help. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a home in the Nashville area.

Most people buy and/or sell houses only once or twice in a lifetime. They tend to have limited knowledge of the details of the process. I am such a person. I appreciated Walter Bailey's patience and knowledge. He always explained the steps of the process clearly, and then he gave me time to absorb all the new information and to ask questions. I would not want a pushy sales person during this important and complicated process. He always knew the answers to questions I had, and even anticipated some questions that I had missed.July 2016
Also, I was excited to see Walter's 20 photographs of my house on the website so quickly. Good work to Century 21 Premier staff, or whoever helped Walter load the photos!

We had worked with Walter Bailey for quite awhile to purchase a home, but eventually decided to move out of state, so we used him to sell our home instead. We had come to know him quite well, and liked and trusted him. We appreciated Walter's availability and quick response time. He is a wonderful man, and has a great sense of humor.
