After identifying possible brokers, I received very positive comments from relatives and friends about William Howe and Century21. He has a good reputation for integrity and effectiveness. These qualities were confirmed in my own dealings with him.

This was a second "vacation" home in a remote area and that accounted for the long listing period. During that time William provided me with excellent reports, communication, occasional suggestions.He hung in there with me and I appreciate his efforts very much. I will recommend him to anyone and I plan to use him in the future when I list another property in the area.

William Howe was knowledgeable, highly competent, provided excellent communication and follow-ups, made sound suggestions, was patient and diligent, provided a quality well-designed sign, had a very good web listing for my property, and provided useful monthly updates and more frequent communication and updates when warranted.

The staff in the office also reflected William Howe's characteristics. This team was a pleasure to work with.
