Xenia Feliciano has been in the real estate industry for 12 years specializing in multi-family management. As a landlord, she is committed to excel her clients' expectations with their rental needs; and now, she is excited to be turning that focus to assist her clients with their home buying or selling needs.

With a passion for service in the Kissimmee/Orlando area, Xenia is a proud member of the Century 21 Carioti family where she will carry her outstanding customer service values into everything she does. Xenia is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Property Management (IREM) and obtained the following decree and certifications: A.S. in Residential Property Management, Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP), Real Estate Specialist, Business Specialist, Property Management Specialist, Operation Support and Services, Accounting, and Florida Notary.

Xenia was born in Puerto Rico and at the age of nine, her parents moved to Osceola County. When she is not making home ownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys spending time with her family and loves outdoor activities, cooking, and baking. To this day, Xenia and her family still call Osceola County home.
