Seller reviewThis is our second home sale with Vinnie and John Carey in the last 2 years. They're an amazing team to deal with, always professional & always timely in responses. Both of our sales have occurred while we lived out of the area and we had a few bumps in the road. (Think of the pool pump breaking mid-escrow with the pool turnnng green and a family of ducks moving in. The buyer threatened to pull out. Vinnie was able to have someone out immediately to service the pump, shock the pool, and relocate the ducks humanely.) My husband and I were extremely pleased with all aspects of our transaction, including our sale prices. We were kept apprised of showings, and outcomes of open houses, which was especially important since we were out of the area. We would highly recommend their team to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Fresno area or Valley.
