Cheryl tirelessly worked with the buyers' agents to negotiate a deal for $110,000 over the sales price of our home, waiving all inspections and appraisal, with two months free rent back, with a bonus of a back up contract. We feel so blessed to have the Bare Team working to handle all aspects of our real estate needs. We would never choose anyone else!!!
