Selling a house is stressful and Cheryl's advice, attention to detail, constant communication, and quick follow through really made it seamless for us. I just appreciate these ladies immensely and how much they did to take the pressure off us. Bottom line, we had a contract in less than a week to include all the conditions we wanted.
