Seller reviewWe purchased the property from Dan in the late 90's. Once my husband died in 2006, I knew I needed to sell what was going to be our retirement property. I called Dan and asked him if he could help me and he agreed to take the property to sell. Dan stayed in contact with me for over 7 seven years trying to sell it for me. He always took my calls, kept the property before the buying public and even called and checked in. To be honest, I dont think I would recognize him if I saw him since its been so many years since Jimmy and I brought our place in Coos Bay BUT ...I would know his voice, his kindness and his laugh. I feel very blessed that Dan helped me sell Indian Point... As it drug on and on and on, Dan never push me off on another agent and always made me feel my sale was as important to him as it was to me. Elgb Dan, his team and his wife Trudy are THE BEST!!
