Christy created a very positive result on the very first day of the listing. She performed precisely as she said she would, ultimately receiving high offers from 4 buyers on the first day of showing the property. We accepted the highest offer which was 8% more than our asking price she highly recommended we consider. She felt our condo was very desirable and in a great location and that there would be a good amount of interested buyers that would offer more than the listing price. She was right on.
