Seller reviewMy Wife and I placed our commercial property for sale with multiple realtors over a five-year period. I understand commercial properties are harder to move than residential but there was a burden carrying the property for so long. We signed with Sunny Parker of Sunny Parker Properties and we will always be glad we did. Sunny personally had a drone video made of our property and in the video personally spoke about all of its character and advantages. The interest rate was low and Sunny did the math on what a payment on the property would be, She delivered the information to many of the local businesses that were renting their space. Many were astonished to find out they would spend less money and own their own business property. Quickly we were sitting at the closing table with Sunny Parker.
