Seller reviewDiane listened and even when she recommended an alternative approach, always went with what we wanted. If results are the driving factor in a grade, the grade would have to be an "A". We got full asking price in less than 2 weeks. Just as important to us, the buyer got a great deal in that it met their needs and wants within budget. In a great sale, both sides win. In this sale/purchase, both sides won. It is Diane's character that sets her apart. We never worried about why the agent was doing doing what she did....it was always in our best interest and we could rely on that! You pay a lot for an agents fees. With Diane we knew that what was paid was for service rendered. You can pay for a slick sales person, but what money doesn't buy is integrity, trustworthiness, and honesty. Is isn't just what she does, it is who she is.
