I did the ONE THING that people should probably never do... basically just blindly went on a Google-Search, looking for a broker who specialized in the purchase of Air BnB luxury tower units in Las Vegas. That being said, I feel EXTRAORDINARILY lucky that I happened to pick Steven Randall for my initial inquiry!! He was outstanding to deal with in EVERY capacity, fitting us into his schedule to inspect several properties before we had to return to Alaska. He then worked with us to list and promptly sell our Las Vegas rental townhome at an exceptional price, within a few days of its initial listing. He then helped us to navigate the 1031 Exchange process as he found us the PERFECT high-rise tower unit that we were searching for, purchasing it to use as an Air B-n-B rental. His communications and updates were flawless throughout the process; I couldn't recommend Steven highly enough!!! Once the transactions were underway, a lot of the subsequent "administrative communications" relating to the sale of our townhome property, and the establishment of our 1031 Exchange account to facilitate our subsequent purchase of a high-rise tower unit, went through ELIANE WATSON, Steven's administrative partner. As was the case with Steven, ELIANE was communicative, prompt, and professional throughout the processs, and was a great pleasure to deal with!
