Buyer reviewWe knew Peter and felt he would do a good job of helping us find the right property. He is a very hard worker and intelligent man and has a reputation as being a success in real estate. Peter has an extensive knowledge of how to offer and counter offer, inspections, contracts, comparison properties for valuation, cost of repairs, etc., and guided us professionally in a very timely manner. He was attentive to our time schedules and to details. Peter epitomizes what one would want in their real estate professional. His knowledge of local remodeling and professional people and costs therein was also helpful in determinating values for our offers. He is smart and witty and personable and spent lots of time researching to give us solid advice. He is an excellent communicator and meticulous in preparation of paperwork. He was always prepared and helpful. Peter did consult with other professionals at C21 Scheetz, when appropriate, which allowed him to efficiently supply us with answers to our concerns.

He was always in contact never any questions was very proactive and the house sold in five days at full asking price which by the way was about 15 k more than I had expected I would not hesitate to recommend peter to anyone I know interested in selling a home top notch in my opinion! All went seamlessly perfect experience Pete was proactive helped paint and clean house beforehand so our home was presented in the best way!!! As stated before can give no higher praise best selling experience I've ever had
