The 30 day escrow period went smoothly. Libby worked with us closely during the back and forth negotiations, and she always protected our interests and got the results we were very happy with. Libby's communications were exceptional. She was always available to us! One time we called her and heard running water. She had answered her phone while in the shower, now that's dedication! If you want results, I would highly recommend the Libby Hare and Tina Hare team to handle your real estate needs!
