I had to adjust a lot for important factors during the sale and Todd made the process not only easy but a nice experience. Also the professionalism in advertising, photos, and the ad for the property was extremely well done. I am so grateful for a good experience! Closing was out of Todd's hands but he was awesome through the entire experience. Todd as an agent is first rate!!! Very impressive...and I will always recommend Todd in the area with friends and family for any house sale needs! Had I another agent not as professional...this sale could have gone badly. Seller reviewRob Cunningham is an outstanding agent. He was especially helpful since we live 500 miles from the house we were selling and we had to relocate tenants before the sale. He found a contractor and coordinated the remodelling of the house to bring up the value. We can't thank him enough for making the process smooth and easy.
