Relentless Agent Stories

Nikki DiNardo

CENTURY 21 Excellence Realty

“Nikki ended up having some of her family members help her empty out the house/clean the house/take items to Goodwill after several trips. They also took 15 to 20 large boxes to UPS to have them shipped to the Seller in Texas. Nikki also took care of all payments and just told her not to worry about it and they would work things out. She also collected items that she thought were worth value and took them to local consignment shops as well as gold and silver dealers and sent the money to the Seller once sold.”

Client Testimonial

Nikki received a call from another agent in Texas after she reviewed Nikki's testimonials online. She was looking for a top agent and someone that would help in a unique situation. This home needed listed in a couple days so Nikki told her she would definitely go out and do a listing appointment. After getting there the seller was using a walker and had been sick as well as on kidney dialysis. She was looking to move back to Texas after only living in Ohio for less than a year. She just wanted to be back with some of her family and closest friends. She knew that she possibly would take a hit on the house, but Nikki had insured her that we would do the best that we can and get her the most as well. She really hadn't unpacked from the previous move here and the house was incomplete chaos. She only had a couple days to get everything organized before she had to leave for Texas. Nikki told her just to pack up what she needed and what they could take back on the plane and other than that Nikki would take care of the rest. Nikki ended up having some of her family members help her empty out the house/clean the house/take items to Goodwill after several trips. They also took 15 to 20 large boxes to UPS to have them shipped to the Seller in Texas. Nikki also took care of all payments and just told her not to worry about it and they would work things out. She also collected items that she thought were worth value and took them to local consignment shops as well as gold and silver dealers and sent the money to the Seller once sold. The Seller had a car that she left behind that needed sold so Nikki had it towed to her house (the Seller's brother was holding the key captive and wouldn't release it so she also had to sort through all that situation to get a key for the vehicle) and ended up putting it on Facebook marketplace and they were able to get it sold! Nikki had dumpsters delivered to her house and took care of all payments for that. Nikki knew her finances were not good so she did what she could to cut her commission to help the Seller take a smaller hit. There were times she did not ask the Seller for repayment to do them out of the kindness of her heart... she just wanted the Seller to be happy and get settled back in with her family and friends in Texas. Nikki doesn't do this job for the money but because she cares and wants to help people with the stressing transition! We ended up selling this house for quite a bit more than what she paid for it less than a year ago and she was able to walk away with some equity in her pocket! Unfortunately, the Seller has since passed but Nikki is very grateful that she was able to help the Seller with the big weight of Selling a home while in another state.
