"What I like about Winchester High School is the close-knit community that it is, and the many diverse clubs it has. I also enjoy the professors, as they come in every day eager to teach us the most important thing in life; education. What I wish would change at Winchester High School is the current principle, as he just arrived this past year and many of the students are not fond with him."

"Administration is inconsistent, guidance counselors are lazy, many of the kids are rude and stuck-up, and the over all social experience is extremely clique-y. Many of the teachers seem to hate their jobs."

"The academics and teachers are outstanding. Construction is very inconvenient and noisy during classes."

"Winchester High School could be a great place, it is just not for everyone. It is an extremely competitive school. Most of the teachers encourage to take all honors and AP classes. It is excellent if you need extra help. The learning centers are great and have amazing teachers. The school is not very diverse. There are a good amount of sports but not all of them are very good. The school definitely focuses more on academics then sports."

"One of the worst drug scenes I have ever scene in a high school. Teens typically pregame before football game, and upperclassmen get drunk every weekend. Ranging from Halloween parties, St. Patrick's Day, Super Bowl, or Christmas, the students at WHS will find any excuse to party as there is nothing better to do in this small town. Weed is VERY prevalent. Drugs are encouraged from freshmen year, and those at the top of the social pyramid experiment with them the most. This school is incredibly cliquey, and it is difficult for new comers to fit in. Not a very homey environment, and it is so competitive, but to the point where it over prepares you for the real world. If you find the right group of friends though, it is not as bad as an experience, but still, I do not recommend this school for those who disprove of the party scene."
