"I personally feel like I fit in very well at EMK. The environment is welcoming to many new students here such as myself when I was a freshman. The teachers are very good when it comes to teaching. The students are not super diverse but that does not stop EMK from being a bright school. If I could change one thing about EMK, it would be to expand on the clubs and extracurricular activities."

"EMK was much more a community than a high school. I enjoyed the environment and it was like we were a big family. The students supported each other through their rough times and the teachers were amazing! My experience at EMK was great but it would have been better if the school was united with the lower class and if there were more activities and sports involved."

"Edward M. Kennedy Academy for Health Careers is a good college preparatory school overall . The teachers are very well- around and takes the time and patience to help the students whatever they need inside and outside the school. The school is very diverse and the students are very helpful and respectful among its peers. Its like a little community in both campus. Unfortunately, EMK Academy doesn't have a variety of extracurricular activities and have little support for clubs and other organizations . EMK Academy mission is to have kids Dream. Grow. Excel which I've taken to heart and for my education throughout my 4 years in high school"

"I like that emk welcomes you and makes you feel like a family rather than just a school. We're such a small school and it allows us to be more involved and it also allows us to interact with each other. You're not just known by your name but you're known for what you do and all you accomplishments. They make you feel proud of what you've accomplished which is great support system. We have internships opportunities with the hospitals, I just wish we had more hands on internships always different kinds."
