"The teachers and administrators try really hard to offer new post-graduation opportunities, but not many kids take advantage of them. Guidance counselor's are nice but not very helpful, so you're pretty much on your own. The school is not diverse, and there is a lot of bullying."

"The teachers are great but the students are unsettling. The sports are alright, with the largest one being either football or ice hockey. This school has many opportunities to seek potential careers through the Career Center programs."

"High school was some good years. I loved the teachers and other staff but some of my classmate would make it a pain to want to go to school."

"I really liked the teachers and the atmosphere at North Country Union High School. The guidance counselors really helped me to be prepared for VAST. VAST is the early college program at Vermont Technical College. If it had not been for North Country's support and drive to help me succeed, I would not be here. I would like to thank the teachers and the guidance counselors for that. As far as the food and the facilities go, it wasn't very good. Although, considering the schools I have attended, I would say that the food and facilities were average. This is to be expected in a lower budget school such as North Country. The board there spends the majority of money on new equipment so that the students have the best opportunity to learn as they can."
