"Lyman Memorial is overall I great environment. A small school with under 400 enrolled means the community is close and it is easier to learn. Finding extra help from teachers is rather easy and most students achieve their goals. One complaint would be the lack of funding and clubs. Just about any program is subject to a budget cut each year and keeping a club that is exciting and interesting isn't as easy as it should be. One benefit is we do get some funding for having a great Agricultural program and many kids transfer from surrounding towns just to attend."

"High school wasn't amazing, but it was not awful. The classes were completely in my range of abilities, I just wish I honestly had different peers and more people to grow up with, since it's such a small school. However, I did enjoy the close knit group I did have, and I would not trade them for the world. I gained best friends who I love and I also gained some people who I will never see again, but that's fine with me. High school had it's ups and downs, and anyone who says that it was all fun and games, is probably a liar."

"Going to Lyman was one of the best times of my life. You had the community with you during all the years of going to school. The school has an amazing agricultural program, being able to see the animals out of any window. The nature that's surrounds the school lets the student get in touch with there adventurer side. Also all they sports that are available at the school lets all students have a chance to find what they are good at."

"I liked how the teachers are nice and they want to help you. Since it is a small school though, everyone knows each others business. The school doesn't offer a lot of sports. However there is never any crime or violence it is a very safe school."

"Lyman is a wonderful school that gives students a wonderful education and prepares them well for their future. The teachers are very helpful in the preparation for college and life post high school. The sports at this high school are great and promote a great relationship between students, coaches, and the school environment. There is nothing I would want to change about this school because it gives students a great experience throughout their teen years, in high school."
