"My daughter started LFNY from 1st grade to 9th and became a multicultural and multilingual young adult. LFNY s school building is one of the best in Manhattan, beautiful and practical. Curriculum has been a hybrid of traditional French and progressive American. Current headmaster has been trying to transform it to more innovative learning place. And amazing college matriculation results! We were very happy about LFNY! One of the best schools in NYC."

"The positives are that you can do all your education, between PreK and 12th grade, there. It creates tight relationships. If you are into languages it is a great school. The facilities are top notch. On the negative side, I would say that some of the French teachers are not very good. You wonder sometimes if they really like what they do. The administration of the school doesn't seem to care much about it. I am pretty sure that some of these teachers wouldn't survive at similar NY independent schools."

"We have one child at the Lyc e and it's a wonderful school for us in many ways. The student body is diverse, the teachers are engaging and the parents are involved. In particular, the school integrates the best of French and American educational systems and philosophies and do it very well."

"We have two children at the Lyc e and it's a wonderful school for us in many ways. The student body is diverse, the teachers are engaging and the parents are involved. In particular, the school integrates the best of French and American educational systems and philosophies and do it very well. In recent years, the Lyc e has also become more innovative in terms of project-based learning, social emotional learning, and teaching bi-literacy/language transfer skills."
