"My experience in this school was average, some of the teachers there were not welcome and had a lot of attitude and favoritism towards others. The food was not bad, but overpriced and only a few teachers that I can count on one hand made my experience good, but other than that the other teachers I encountered seemed like they did not want to be bothered and was harassed by one."

"My overall experience at Burke so far has been pretty good. Teachers and faculty are nice and the students are pretty close since we are a small school. Wee are like a family and it's really great. We have school spirit at it really shows during our sports games. It's a fun community to be in. What I would like to see change however is the lack of support that the liberal arts activities get. Also it would be great if more students were involved more throughout the school. That is a change I would love to see."

"I went to public school from kindergarten to 8th grade and decided to attend Burke Catholic my freshman year of high school. This year is my third year attending Burke. I am extremely grateful that I made the decision to leave public school. The overall atmosphere at Burke is loving, friendly, and almost like a family. I found public school to be far worse because the students were very cliquey, bitter and unwelcoming. The academics at Burke are great since they offer AP, honors and now college classes. I find that, as an AP and honors student, the honors level classes are far more productive and organized than the regular classes. If you are a student looking to achieve academic excellence, you will thrive at Burke. I also love how Burke provides students with iPads. They are extremely useful and much more effective than using traditional textbooks and notebooks."

"I feel that the school got progressively worse as I got older. I would like for the school to get better teachers and improve the environment. There were many times where it felt more like a prison then a school. Between the uniforms, strict rules, and building I feel like I didn't get my money's worth. It didn't seem like I was getting a higher education or with better behaved students."

"My experience was overall okay. There was not a problem with any of my peers in terms of bullying and the teachers are generally nice and fair. However, the class options are practically non-existent and the population is not very diverse. There are also very few clubs and extracurriculars."
