"I came to the George School in 2016 as a reclassed Sophmore. I was afraid that I was going to be coming to the school so late into my high school years, and a little worried about making friends. However, after getting to George School I found out very quickly just how nice everyone was. There were students in the school who had already been together for 3 years before I got there and you wouldn't have known it if they didn't tell you. From the staff to the students it was like a family. I struggled a little in English at the beginning but my English teacher was there at every step to support me. I mean it was like I was her only student. I love the small classes, everyone is noticed and left behind. If I didn't have to graduate I would stay!"

"Academically challenging and a very accepting environment. However, there is a sports requirement for all students. Some students are not receptive to this requirement."

"Overall I had a great experience at George School. The academics are hard to beat, there are so many resources, the teachers, for the most part, are really amazing and care for their students. They also offer a large amount of scholarship that was really helpful to me and my family. George School prepared me for college more than I expected. In comparison to the first year of college, George School was much more difficult. All in all - George School is an amazing prep school that will prepare a student for college hands down. It is not the typical high school experience. It is wonderful, mind-expanding, stressful, and difficult all at the same time. Whoever is considering attending this school should be prepared to"

"George School is a wonderful place if you are looking for a rigorous academic environment that focuses on little else. The teachers are some of the best you will find (in terms of qualifications for the job) and the school's resources are top notch. It does not, however, prioritize its day student population at all. For borders and those interested in academic success, it is a great place to spend your high school years."

"At George School I have learned a lot about open-minded perspectives. There is a tremendous amount of diversity at George School where you learn a lot about other cultures. There are great academics here that help to prepare you for college. The down sides of George School are the presence of athletics and the food on campus. There are nights when my friends and I cannot eat what is in the dining hall due to the over complication of the menu and lack of flavor and consistent meals. Athletics are definitely present but they are not something that is focused on. There are sports we're good at but others where it is evident that we are not."
