"My high school years were wonderful because there is a great sense of community and respect towards other cultures. I liked that they celebrate different cultures with events like international dinner that celebrate other countries. The resources seniors have in order to get ready for college are also great. Seniors are constantly being told about different scholarships they should apply for, they help seniors throughout the college application process and the financial aid process. They provide emotional support and advice to students who are overwhelmed or are unsure of what they want to do in the future. However, a few places of improvement is racial diversity because there are predominantly minorities. There is a bit of unfairness between sports because more financial support is given to certain sports such as football, basketball, and volleyball and sports like tennis are a bit forgotten. The technology like the computers need to be updated because they are a bit old."

"it's not a horrible school, but it's also not the best school. it's good enough. the Teachers are really good in this school, most of them can help you when you need it and show that they care at least a little about your success. the main things that i dislike are the portfolio presentations as they often just get in the way of learning as it feels like teachers are forcing themselves to do it."

"My experience at Columbia Heights Education Campus was a good 4 years. I had made many friends throughout the four years and I have improved a lot each year. The school's culture was very nice and it is always celebrated by the school, where they have assemblies. The teachers and career center are helpful with college preparation. Activities around the school is great. There were many clubs such as Robotics Club, Chess Club, and many more. Certain parents are pretty involve with the school and are always helping. The food for the school could be better and so can administration. Overall, I would recommend this school if you are up for the challenge and it would help you prepare for college with the SAT prep classes they offer and capstone classes, where you learn how to write a 10 page research paper."

"The teachers do not follow their own rule. The principle is a raciest pig, who mainly picks on the black students, along with other teachers. Plus the price to graduate is non realistic. We have to pay money for just signing in in the morning. Every time you sign in with out a card you have to pay 50 cents, everyday that adds up. I have to pay $60 along with senior dues. Plus the food, I have gotten food poisoning 3 times already and I have only been here for 2 years."
