"In retrospect, St. Albans (STA) was the best school for me to attend in the formative time in my life. The teachers at STA are fully committed to making intelligent, well-rounded, empathetic men. Further, the community is completely supportive of all. While, at times, the school can come off as a traditional "boys' club" (it almost literally is), there is credence in the praise the school receives as an academic institution."

"St. Albans is a stellar school that works hard to make well rounded young men. Students are required to partake in three seasons of sports every year, attend chapel twice a week, eat family style lunch every day in the refectory, and take many challenging core classes in each grade. Because of this, the community is very close and the student life is next to none. The school is in fact challenging, but I have been told by many alums that St. Albans did a spectacular job preparing them for college and beyond. It would be hard to find a group of students that have as much school pride as St. Albans students do, as displayed in our athletic prep rallies. St. Albans honestly feels like a second home."

"St Albans is a truly amazing school. It is the last of the really great schools that fosters the love of learning and reading. The academics are top notch with very small class sizes and incredible individual attention. And beyond academics they teach the boys to be gentlemen and good people with values. They teach them manners & kindness & to always do "the hard right over the easy wrong". The administration & the teachers are the absolute best in the city. They truly care about the students. St Albans is more of a family than just a school. It is a truly special place."

"St. Albans (STA) is a very strong school. It is not for everyone, as people "work hard and play hard." STA allows its students to be involved in rigorous academics, athletics, and arts activities simultaneously, leading to more well-rounded boys. Everyone is well prepared for college, and many boys find their respective schools easier than St. Albans."

"My time at St. Albans has been nothing short of amazing. The teachers are great, the sports teams consistently do well, and we are all brothers. St. Albans is honestly a great place and coming here was the best decision of my life."
