"My experience at Wilson has been quite terrible. For one thing the new Administration is terrible. They don't know how to deal with the kids or the issues that come with the kids very well. Then the people in my grade are very rude and mean. I have to say these people are the meanest group of people I have ever met! They have bullied me all 4 years. However I am lucky to be going to the best school in DCPS. I can give them that. We do have access to a lot of resources unlike other schools. The school is pretty diverse but at the same time getting more White. The school itself is a good facility, the principal is great and there really are some really good, well natured teachers. You just have to find the right one. I am very close to a couple of teachers, they are like my parents, my family. But if you want to go to Wilson take in all these factors. Everyone's high school experience is different, mine just happened to be terrible."

"Overall I had a wonderful experience at Wilson. I enjoyed the fact that after the 9th grade you were allowed to pick your own schedule. Teachers challenged you in advanced placement, honors, and regular classes. Administrators were helpful with anything you need. Wilson is a diverse school setting and you get a hands on experience."

"I enjoyed every single last bit of it. One thing about the school is that it is very diverse and not only that but we all love each other no matter the race."

"I absolutely loved Wilson HS if you want to challenge yourself and be prepared for college you can do that here as they offer AP courses for various subjects ranging from the core subjects to foreign languages to even unique subjects like psychology. Now obviously your high school experience depends on you, I joined sports and had an amazing time. It really builds a community sense and you make a ton of friends, there are also many many clubs available we have around 25 sports teams and around 20 clubs such as robotics, chess, video game, movie etc. Again high school experience depends on you and wilson does have fights but again that depends on you unlike other schools where it drags you into conflict wilson doesn't, again you only get into fights and conflicts if you get yourself there. only once did i see a case of bullying from a sophomore to a freshman and what happened was amazing as 2 seniors protected the freshman and the sophomore faced consequences."
