"I chose Brentsville District High School because I was accepted into the Cambridge Program. It is a specialty program that is similar to IB. I feel taking the advanced Cambridge classes has given me a leg up in college preparedness. I also really enjoyed playing on the Girls Varsity Soccer team. This year our team came first in our Conference and Region. We were second place in states. The facilities definitely need some work. Brentsville is one of the oldest schools in the county and it shows. Our school is overdue for some very much needed renovations."

"Brentsville District High School is a small, rural high school. I loved the lower-numbered student population. I would love to see the guidance department provide more assistance and guidance."

"Brentsville was a small school where everyone knows everyone. I enjoy how no matter how bad the sports teams are the students become one. It isn't very diverse but mostly everyone gets along."

"Brentsville District High School is a small school in northern VA, that no one has ever heard about. I spent four years here and it was a great time in my life. I met some of my best friends and made very good connections with the teachers. The building and math department are sub-par. Our sports teams are decent, girls soccer, softball, cheerleading, wrestling, and cross country all made it to states within my four years there. While our football team was never very good, the games were something no one wanted to miss out on."

"As a transfer student, I didn't necessarily know what to expect when going to a whole new environment. I went from being in a school with over 3,000 kids to a school with a little over 1,000. Little did I know that I'd absolutely love it here. The drama is set to a minimum, everyone is family here, and I've made great friends. The teachers respect each and every one of the kids they teach and don't teach, and the sports get the best support from each member of our school. I wouldn't change a thing for my school, because it has everything it could possibly need in a school."
