"My experience with Huntingtown High School was really great. The school is very diverse and they offer a lot of opportunities to the students. I liked how they have a tutoring club where students can help other students with a certain subject when the teacher isn't available. I also like that during lunch you could go to your club and socialize with other students to connect with them. The only thing that I would change about the school is the food. I would like to see them change the a la carte menu from time to time instead of having the same option for three to five days."

"More freedom to prepare for college where there aren't any parents or faculty that enforce rules or restrictions."

"As an alum of Huntingtown High School, I am pleased to say the school helped me be the college student I am today. The school offers many resources for students who have different career goals. Courses such as business/accounting to culinary arts were offered, giving students plenty of opportunities to decide on what they want to pursue after their high school career. There were also plenty of clubs and activities that student could join. Myself having joined around 5 clubs. The teachers were very helpful and were also able to provide insightful advice for what it would be like in college or the working field. They offered sources and help even after students graduated and also pushed on keeping contact after graduation. The only thing about HHS was there was not much diversity in students of color. The majority of the school was of Caucasian background. In my opinion, more students of color could bring in more diversity to the school."
