"My overall experience with The Salisbury School has been great. When I started at this small school, I was scared because everyone was so close and I did not know anyone. On the first day, I met so many fantastic and welcoming students and teachers from all levels. I formed friendships that will last me for the rest of my life. The academics are rigorous, but with the small class sizes, extra help is always available. Extra time throughout the week is evenly distributed to make sure work is getting done and that teachers can assist with concepts if needed. There are college preparatory classes every week in order to provide help with the college process. This school definitely prepares an individual for college. The learning here is experiential, which makes the school even more unique. I highly recommend this school."

"The Salisbury School is a school like no other. The student teacher relationships are strong friendships that last even past graduation. TSS teachers understand their students, and if a student is upset a teacher will pull them aside to talk with them. We have extremely unique experiences. On Global Awareness Day we study a certain country and all grades come together to celebrate that nation's culture. We also celebrate Give and Receive Day where upperclassmen work with underclassmen to help in the community. The seniors work with Kindergarten, and it s a tradition that we wear pajamas on this day. Then we unite to share our uplifting experiences. If I were to write of all the wonderful attributes of TSS, this short response would become a dissertation. I love TSS and the multitude of experiences I ve been opened to by being a part of this community. To say that I m not emotional to be graduating is a lie, but TSS has prepared me for college and success."

"Great High School, amazing teachers they really care about the students and will do anything in their power to help them succeed. The only problem is this school REALLY lacks in diversity very white and the school does nothing to help get more minorities. They really don't care about sports and the school is very small. IF they fix their diversity problem and the board (which is ran by parents) loosened up their control it would be a better place. The constant changes to the schedule can also throw off students who need a regular routine."
