"This is a school I attend, I am a proud Wakefield warrior, and soon to be alumni. What makes Wakefield stand out is the diversity and openness the school offers. Everyone is accepted here at Wakefield, it doesn't matter what race, sexual orientation, or religion you have, my school provides open arms to anyone here. With the many sports and clubs this school has, there's always a chance to shine and find new opportunities, no one get's left behind. There's always support."

"Wakefield is a very diverse high school. You can walk around the hallways and see 10 different races/ethnicities. The teachers do a great job accepting students no matter what race, gender or sexuality defines them. Some teachers want their students to strive for success and help out students in need by staying after school or organizing appointments. The counselors at wakefield are a wonderful resource, they truly care about the students education more than their parents. Mr.Clisham and Mr.Beitler are the most inspiring counselors any wakefield student could meet. They want success for all students and nothing less. However, the only way students can prepare for college at wakefield is by being involved in AP/intensfied courses. The food was terrible, the only good part about the cafeteria was the salad bar. The sports team aren't that strong, the only sports team we are strong on is basketball and track."

"Wakefield is very community based. All school clubs and activities had some involvement with the community and this created a very welcoming and accepting environment. The teachers I was lucky to have supported me in all my endeavors and provided resources that I would not have known about otherwise."

"What I liked about Wakefield is the diversity that I've not seen in any other high school, the complete immersiveness that this school presents to it's students is amazing and I feel as if I'm able to experience every culture at once."
