"Love the school, love the teachers but was never a fan of the food. High test scores along with plenty of school clubs and activities to get involved. Personally, I do not think the school was able to properly prepare me for college. The parents love to be involved with the school."

"I loved how the teachers had a drive to see their students succeed and this pushed me to work hard and make the grades I needed to help my future. Many of the teachers were also very involved in my personal life and always found ways to check up on me. I still go back to the school and visit my closest teachers and friends that I made there. If I had to change one thing it would be more meetings with counselors to set up for scholarships and future in college."

"My experience at Western was pretty normal. I wish the school was all about politics and whose parent paid more money. Western has great potential but the political side of it needs to be changed first."

"My four years at Western Alamance High School has been an experience that definately has prepared me for future educational opportunities as well as college life. With the variety of classes and extracurricular activites, it has helped me to look towards the future with a positive attitude and a willingness to prepare for life time goals. Life long friendships were forged during this experience, which I will carry with me for the rest of my life."

"Western Alamance was the greatest four years of my life. I enjoyed being on the Dance Team and performing at the football and basketball games. The teachers really cared about the students, and there was always great parent involvement. It was easy to get involved in whatever you wanted to do or be a part of. Now that I'm in college, I realize just how great those times were, and how I miss them."
